I’ve been making this spin on Greek yogurt infused bagels for years – kids and adults alike swoon for the texture, flavor and quick cooking time of this simple recipe. I was inspired to take this recipe to the air fryer and to accommodate the smaller cooking surface, I decided to make smaller, bite-sized versions instead. No oil or egg wash is required for this version and the air fryer ensures quick cooking as well as a crispy outer layer and fluffy soft inside. Not gonna lie – they are totally addictive!

Air-Fryer Greek Yogurt Everything Bagel Bites
Adorable and tasty bonbons of higher protein bagels that are ready in minutes. A simple mixture of flour and Greek yogurt creates this bagel hack recipe that everyone just loves. If you don’t have self-rising flour, use a mixture of 2 teaspoons baking powder for every 1 cup of all-purpose flour.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Everything Bagel Seasoning such as (Dan-Os or Trader Joe's)
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- Whipped cream cheese or butter, for serving
Instructions
- Place seasoning in a shallow bowl, set aside.
- In a large bowl combine flour and salt. Add yogurt and mix until a slightly-sticky dough forms. Using clean hands, roll into evenly sized balls. Roll in seasoning mixture and set aside until ready to cook.
- Set air fryer to 375-degrees F. Working in batches*, place bagel bites directly in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Use tongs to remove and set aside to cool. Repeat with remaining pieces. Serve warm with desired spreads.
- Storage: Once cool, store bites in an air-tight container or resealable bag in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. *(about 8 at a time, depending on the size of your air fryer)
